Service Requests
Wick offers the only one-year
/ ten-year limited warranty
in the industry. An experienced organization of independent builders,
state-of-the-art production facilities, high quality construction
by trained craftsman, and a strong service department assure the
best service possible
before, during and after the home is
purchased.
Not only does the Wick warranty provide the best coverage
around; there's no charge or deductible on parts or services for
repair of anything covered under any portion of the warranty. That's
right! Service will be made at your home at no cost or expense to
you. All customers need to do is contact
their Wick builder with service issues.
The Wick Service Department works with our builders
on service. The WIck builder's service crew usually handles minor
service issues. Other service issues are reported to the Wick Service
Department and a service request is filed. At that time, if necessary,
either a Wick service crew or the Wick builder's service crew will
complete an on site service assessment. Once Wick receives a service
request, it's evaluated, parts are ordered if necessary, and a work
crew is scheduled to complete the work at your home.
